Part-time students are keen to work in retail, hotels, catering, light manufacturing and warehousing. They are organised and successively pursue the goals they set for themselves, making them valuable employees for years.
This is the first and most important step to help us create a viable and substantive offer tailored to your needs.
After defining the needs and conditions of our cooperation, we start recruitment. We screen candidates, verify documents, skills and qualifications while remaining in constant contact with you. We present selected people so that you can make the final selection.
Once the candidates have been positively verified, the most important stage comes - organising their arrival and preparing them for work. You do not have to worry about anything, we will organise all the formalities related to their legal stay, work permit in the Netherlands, their arrival and accommodation.
The contract will be supervised by an individual Contract Coordinator and a Market Development Manager. Their tasks will include implementation, control, settlements, assistance in solving current problems of our employees and monitoring of permits by means of a modern CRM system, in order to secure continuity and stability of employment.
