The timeframe depends on the number of drivers, required qualifications, types of routes and work location. After analysing your staffing needs, we confirm a realistic start date and candidate presentation timeline. In many cases, we can present the first suitable drivers within a few days.
Yes. We verify the C+E driving licence, Code 95 professional qualification, tachograph driver card and other documents required for the assignment. When necessary, we also handle residence documents, work permits in the Netherlands, registrations with the relevant authorities and ongoing legalisation support. This gives your company drivers who are prepared to start work in accordance with applicable regulations.
C+E drivers can support permanent staffing needs, seasonal peaks and temporary increases in transport volumes. The employment period is agreed according to your company’s requirements and arranged in accordance with Dutch employment law and the applicable collective labour agreement (CAO).
Our international recruitment network includes Poland, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, the Philippines and other Asian countries. We select sourcing markets based on the type of transport, required experience and the possibility of meeting Dutch driving licence, Code 95, residence and work requirements.
Yes. We arrange accommodation, transport and coordinator support for drivers. The details are agreed individually before the partnership begins.
Billing is based on the number of hours worked or the agreed staffing model. Your company receives a clear breakdown and a single invoice, while our agency handles payroll services, HR documentation and administration.
