After analysing your staffing needs, we confirm a realistic start date and candidate presentation timeline. In many cases, we can present the first suitable candidates within a few days.
Yes. We verify candidates’ identity, right-to-work status, experience and technical skills. Where required, we also check the validity and scope of welding certificates against the welding method, materials, positions and project requirements. Depending on the candidate’s country of origin, we handle residence documents, work permits in the Netherlands and registrations with the relevant authorities.
They can support short-term assignments, defined project stages and longer-term staffing needs. The employment period is agreed according to your project schedule and arranged in accordance with Dutch employment law and the applicable collective labour agreement (CAO).
